Tried the viral quail egg fritters in Manila

I finally lined up for those bright-orange quail egg fritters all over my TikTok lately. The queue ran about forty minutes (payday Saturday, my own fault) 😅, and the batter really is the most aggressive shade of orange I've ever eaten, basically a deep-fried highlighter. Each skewer holds around five quail eggs in a thin, shatter-crisp shell, the inside still soft, and the spiced vinegar dip won easily over the garlic mayo. So I kept dunking everything in the vinegar. Then I got back in line for a second serving. No regrets. Worth the wait.
