The MP2 account I've been about to open since 2024 🪙

Okay so. I've been saying I'd open a Pag-IBIG MP2 account since 2024. Two years of "next payday" and my mandatory contributions just sat in the regular fund. Mid-May payday landed and something in my head just flipped today. I pulled up the dividend history. Five years if I want the full rate. When I actually did the numbers for what I'd realistically put in, five hundred a month on top of my mandatory, the gap between starting in 2024 and starting now turned out way smaller than I'd built it up to be in my head. And I'm not pretending I'm suddenly a finance girl. I just got tired of seeing it sit in my bookmarks.
