Nature therapy

In a year, as a small family unit, my husband and I make it a point to go on nature trips — a chance to recharge, reconnect, and spend uninterrupted quality time with our kids. Usually, we plan one during summer, another around late Q3, and one more in December or January. Somehow, those are the seasons when work, school activities, and life in general leave us feeling the most drained — mentally, emotionally, and socially. I strongly believe that everything in this world — or rather, this universe — has its purpose. And nature’s purpose is to restore us. Even with my feet burning from the scorching hot sand, the grounding somehow made my worries and stress slowly fade away. And having our kids by our side in moments like enjoying the nature, this reminds me that despite all the noise around us, there is still so much to be grateful for. #naturetherapy #grounding
