How to introduce a secret boyfriend of 3 years?

TL;DR: 28F, financially independent. First boyfriend. I already met his family & friends. He's met my friends. Problem is I can neither introduce him to my family nor let my family know I'm in a relationship because of their history of not being able to accept normal changes in their children. Historically, my parents have bad reputation when it comes to their children having romantic feelings (can't even have a crush lol). They bullied the hell out of my older sibling (and the gf) when he had a girlfriend back in high school. My dad says things like "Bawal mag boyfriend, bubugbugin ko". My mom has said before "pag 40 ka na mag boyfriend enjoyin mo muna sarili mo". Couple times before, napag-usapan isang chilhood friend ko and my mom will always interject with "ah si *name*, may boyfriend na yun eh" as if it' such an unbelievable thing for 26 yr olds to be in relationships. I know parents generally see their children still as little ones (doting, wholesome) but my parents see me as literal child (bawal mag bf, hindi kayang mag-isa). For context, I already have my own place and stay there most of the week but they expect me to go home on weekends -- they message me what time I'm getting home instead of if I am going home. Some days though, like 3-4days in a week, I stay in my bf's place (they think I'm in mine). Someone pointed out we're like a live-in couple na and that kinda freaked me out because doesn't that make things more complicated? Secret live-in 😭 I didn't grow up telling my parents things because they'd always freak out, reprimand me, blame me, etc. instead of offer advice. I want to get to out of this situation because I want to get the heavy feeling off my chest. I know I'm old enough and shouldn't even be ashamed of being in a relationship but my parents are constantly making it hard for me to open up. Any advice will help please 🙏
