Back on Track After a Long Cheat Week 🥹 (Week 1)

Hi girls, long time no post huhu. Grabe yung cheat days ko, umabot ng almost 3 weeks😭. So this time, nag-food prep na ako for lunch mula lunes hanggang friday. I’ll just freeze them then microwave na lang pag kakainin na sa office para convenient pa rin kahit busy. Sobrang thankful din talaga ako kasi may freezer at microwave dito sa office, malaking help siya para mas madali mag stick sa plan.
