Have you done your stretches/movements today?
Back for my 2nd session at my now favorite pilates studio. This time with a different coach. It was so nice to experience diverse coaches everytime coz you get to learn a lot from them. I'm still on my pilates foundation classes and I'm committed to complete siguro around 5 more classes more before I step into the next class of Stretch + Align (mobility & recovery). Ikaw, kumusta ang exercise mo this weekend? đ
