I'm confused about what happened to me

Is it still considered relationship/partner r4pe when you told your partner beforehand that you're not in the mood because you want to open up to him? And he still did it while you're crying and confiding in him? And this is where the lines get blurry because in the middle of it, you start feeling good even though you're still crying so you didn't fight it anymore but after that, you feel resentment towards him because he ignored your boundaries. Hindi na ba ass@ult(?) since naggive in naman ako kahit umiiyak pa ako? Kasi the term is heavy to use. Thanks.
