I just realized June 12 is a Friday

I was finishing my shift report when I saw it pop up on the calendar. June 12 is a Friday. And the rest of my brain left the building. I have spent the last twenty minutes pricing out beach huts in La Union instead of typing one more line about ticket counts, which is unhinged because the long weekend is still over a month away and my budget tracker has not even closed April. But the cheap rooms always fill first. If you are also working that Friday because some accounts treat Independence Day like any other shift with holiday pay, the trick is stacking Saturday and Sunday into one short reset around it.
