James 1:9
“The believer who is poor still has reasons to boast, for he has been placed on high.” James 1:9 TPT ── .✧ How would you describe a poor man? I picture someone who lacks, someone with nothing, someone at the bottom. But even the poorest of the poor—if he is a believer—is placed on high. Truly I say to you, if you have Jesus seated on the throne of your heart, then you already have everything you truly need. And if you feel like you are not enough, remember: even the two fish and five loaves did not seem enough at first, yet God multiplied them until there was more than enough. (See John 6:1–14) Remember that every day is still a good day, even when it does not feel like one. You have many reasons to boast—not because life is perfect, but because it is not yet the end.
