Pancit Cabagan
So while I was scrolling through TikTok the other night, a video about Pancit Cabagan food recommendations suddenly appeared on my FYP. Luckily, the restaurant they featured was just near our area! Since Im always curious about trying provincial dishes and local specialties, I immediately told my hubby “Try natin to!" 😆 Being the supportive husband that he is, he agreed right away. So last night after work, we finally decided to give it a try. Honestly, I dont really have a point of comparison because Ive never tried authentic Pancit Cabagan before. But since the video kept saying it was delicious and authentic, I thought, why not? Plus, malapit lang naman. And wow… the Pancit Cabagan was so good! I honestly dunno if thats exactly how authentic Pancit Cabagan is supposed to taste, but it was incredibly tasty and flavorful. The noodles were rich in flavor, and every bite was satisfying. Even my husband, whos Ilocano, said it was really good haha, so I guess that says a lot! If youre near Fairview, you should definitely visit Enzo’s Pancit Cabagan. They also offer kebab, masala, and hummus that you can try too 🥰
