Motherhood....

15 years ago, I posted this. Back then, I meant every word… but I didn’t fully get it yet. Now that I’m a mom, I get it. I get how being a mom can make you a little crazy, why giving up is never really an option, and how sometimes, even if it hurts, you still choose to love. I don’t regret any of it though. I thank my mom for everything. And I admit, no matter how old I get, I still need her. And I hope that when my daughter has her own life and family someday, she’ll still think of me… and still need me, in her own way. Happy Mother’s Day to all moms!!! You're doing great.
