Hello! 🥰 It's my first time baking pan de sal from scratch. I've followed Chef RV's recipe that you can find in Youtube. On a sidenote, halos all ng recipes ni Chef RV talaga ay foolproof. Halos lahat ng na-try ko sa kanya na recipes, will instantly make you feel like a Pro! 🥰 Finally got my Kitchen Aid to a good use, this turned out really fine! I've made cheese pandesal and plain pandesal. Need ko pa ng further tweaks to be able to get to the taste that I like. Pero super nakaka-happy sa feeling that I was able to get a result that's close to my expectations. Any tip that you can share in pandesal making? Would love to know! 😍
