Promotion

Would you leave a job na stable, may retirement fund, HMO (free up to 4 dependents), may employee investment options, healthy environment, almost 3x monthly salary yung bonus, 13th month pay, and 30+ vacation leave, 15 SL, 3 EL... As in maganda. Minsan busy pero madalas wala naman masyado tasks. Pero di ka pa napro-promote sa 5 years? My starting basic salary was 45k in 2021 and now umangat naman siya to 71k basic. Pero sometimes nafi-feel ko na stuck na ako. Marami rin naman opportunities outside para makakuha ng six digits na basic pay, pero pag iniisip ko yung benefits na bibitawan ko plus yung stress and environment sa lilipatan ko, parang mas gusto ko na lang mag-stay dito kahit walang promotion. Minsan feeling left out din ako sa friends na mahilig mag-job hop kaya ang bilis tumaas ng sahod nila. 😪
