Pilates Please @ Valenzuela
Hello! 🥰 I'm new to the Pilates world and just checking if we have Girlies here who are from CaMaNaVa or neighboring cities who might want to try Pilates Please studio. ❤️ May trial package sila for a very good steal kaya I was able to go. As a first timer, super happy ako with how my trainer motivated me. Its a very positive environment (I think all Pilates studio naman) na to the point na I have forgotten that I was ashamed of my big puson. Hihi. And I think that is the culture of the pilates industry -- to embrace all flaws and figure.
