First time in call center

Will be starting my new work later! I got hired as CSR a few days ago, tapos night shift kaagad. How did you survive your first week? (for those who are also working in BPO) and how were you still able to manage being healthy despite working in graveyard shift, since we're all aware that not getting enough sleep/ not sleeping on time can affect our health in the long run. Please help a girl out 🥹
