fear

fear is the root of all evils. people kill because they are afraid their lives are in danger. people steal because they are afraid they do not have enough. people scream because they are afraid their words hold no value. people cheat because they are afraid they'll be abandoned just as they were in their childhoods. everything so many people do is because of fear. people's egos, their antics, their deflections, their lies, how people treat others - it all boils down to fears, often shaped by both childhood and generational trauma. people fear the LGBTQIA+ because their existence challenges binary worldviews, elementary science, and their religions of choice. and so they kill. they ostracize. they massacre. they wage wars. they troll. so yes - people waging wars in Iran, in Ukraine, in the South China Sea? They are all COWARDS. because if any of them were truly brave? they wouldn't go to war. they would choose to love, and through love, understand and help each other - instead.
