How to handle jealousy toward other happy couples?

And weird paminsan ng nafi-feel ko. Ayoko ng ganito tbh but could not avoid this feeling sometimes. 😂 Maybe because I'm with someone with an unstable relationship.. been longing na sana maging happy naman kmi sa huli. Just struggling a little. Idk
