Weight Loss Goal: Achieved
Me wearing the same blouse (had to remove the scarf-like cloth because it was bothering me) 😅 For 2026, my main goal among my goals for the year is to go back to my 2016 weight which is 55kg. Slowly but surely I was able to achieve it. Yes, I'm down to 55kg and I have been my healthiest self in a while. Immunity improved and no longer have blood pressure shootups. Likewise, my endurance for cardio has greatly improved. It hasn't been an easy journey but it's been worthwhile and I know, my future self will be proud of the work I'm putting into now for her health in the future. To all you girlies trying to lose weight, start with writing a healthy and realistic weight goal and write down three actionable steps to achieve it. Me for example, my 3 actionable steps are: 1. limit softdrinks to Friday and Sunday or none at all 2. fasting on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and 3. exercise (either walk/jog, jiu jitsu or soccer) for 45 minutes or more on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
