You Are Enough

we don't have to "do" or "be" anything to be worth the oxygen we inhale. the mere fact we're alive - we're already making a difference, simply by being you. we were brought up in a world na we are led to believe na we need to suffer to be worthy to take up space - pero hindi ganoon yun eh. The mere fact na buhay ka, you're already making waves. Everytime you smile, or hug your friend, you're already making ripples just by existing. You don't need to publish a book na mala-nobelang ala-JRR Tolkien, or produce millions to be successful. The greatest success in life, feeling ko, is you being happy - yung happy ka sa sarili mo, and you're happily spreading the light that's already inherent inside your heart. You were born enough. You were born worthy. kaya yung tanong sa akin: "what do you want to be when you grow up?" i know the answer na. i want to be brave enough to just be me. :)
