Crescendo Fasting

I've been complimented by a lot of people who've seen me after a while of not seeing them of my weight loss and when they ask me what I've done, I shared, walk/jog, jiu jitsu, calorie deficit and crescendo fasting (the type of intermittent fasting that's designed for the female anatomy- fasting but not everyday but on certain days of the week). Today is my last day of the 18-hour fast- 6 hour eat window. On Saturday, I will increase to 20 hour fast- and 4 hour eat window. I started last year on an 8 hour fast- 16 hour eating window. If you think it's difficult, remember, your future self will thank you for the good health she enjoys because of the intentional sacrifices you're doing today.
