Tried tirzepatide for weight loss

Finally decided to try it, especially when i cant really do the diet discipline now... napapakain talaga ako ng marami eh. So I got it yesterday, 2.5mg on right side of belly. This is my first day. So far, i feel my mouth lil bit dehydrated than usual, and mej nawala cravings, but i still eat a lot if i chose to. Even the choco biscuits, when i see one, i get one, pero naka 2 lang ako then oks na?! Wuut. Tapos I ate shiritaki rice w nilaga as dinner. Ngayon kakain ulit ng salad, akala ko mauubos ko e, tinetesting ko kung may epek ba talaga to? Hahaha. pero parang hindi ko na nga maubos. Ang galing. 😬
