One thing life taught me the hard way is kahit gaano ka ka-good intention, hindi lahat ng tao will treat you the same way you treat them. You can show up, give effort, be patient… pero minsan, ikaw lang yung nagho-hold on. Ang sakit sa umpisa, pero later on matututo ka mag-pause, mag-set ng limit, and piliin yung mga taong hindi ka pinaparamdam na ikaw lang ang nag-e-effort. Grateful pa rin ako, kasi it changed how I love and how I protect my peace.
