How to show Affirmation?

Hey! So, my man asked me "what's your favorite love language?" I didn't reply. I thought it through and, he said "nevermind. I'll try to find it out on my own, I love you!" I said I'll do the same. Today, we gave our guess to each other and, I found out that his favorite love language is "Words of Affirmation". So, how do I show it to him? I don't want to bombard him with affirmation right then and there. I want to start subtly. So, how? Thanks.
