Journey to a healthier me
This month I vow to record my progress. Yes, hindi pa na achieve yung gym bod ko pero going to the gym helped me a lot with my mental health, being productive and dealing with people. Yes, I got a coach but hindi ko msyado nakita ang results. Now, whats important for me is that I burn that calories and at least have 2 hours of alone time. Kayo? Anong kwentong fitness nyo? ☺️
