I just wanna share my experience from my previous company and express my disappointment on how the management handled the situation. I submitted a complaint against a Unit Manager whom did me wrong like power tripping, sexual harassment, and Conflict of Interest. At first, I did not receive any response from the management though they were claiming that they did try to reach out to me (I did not receive any reply from the email I sent them, there was no call, and no direct message). I did get a response AFTER I RAISED THE CONCERN TO DOLE AND TO THE BOSS, HERSELF. The management told me that they will do something and the INVESTIGATION will be done in private and they will not update me anymore for confidentiality and privacy. I agreed and put all my trust to the management. But nothing has happened. Someone reached out to me and said that nothing’s gonna happen talaga kasi MALAKAS ANG KAPIT. And that made me realize how fvcked up the management in most BPO Companies. Ang malas ko lang at nakatagpo ako ng isa. Pro-management imbis na Pro-employee. Sobrang nakakasad na may mga taong kayang sikmurain na pagtakpan yung ginagawang katarantaduhan ng isang Unit Manager just because they’re in the same circle. I can’t believe that the management would tolerate something like that. Kaya pala malakas Ang loob na gumawa ng kagaguhan sa loob ng production kasi alam na may babackup sa kanya. Nakakalungkot isipin at sobrang nakakadismaya.
