Does anyone have any tips on waking up early like ive tried a lot but im not really THAT morning person 💔💔

No caffeine after 6 pm. No phone atleast 30 minutes before bed. Limit day naps. Sleep early 9 to 11 pm . Set a 6 or 7 am alarm

Well try to alarm your clock at 6 am then start ur day. Nap limit only for 30 minutes tapos ung bandang tanghali na tlaga . Then aatukin kana ng 12midnight. itulog mo yun no more scrolling

I-try mo baguhin sleeping routine mo. Esp sa time. Pinaka malaking factor talaga yan na di ka magising ng maaga, kapag late ang tulog.
