This might be the end for us

My partner and I have been together for 5 years, no kids, just furbabies. Lately things aren't so easy for me with health, work, and finances and I know I'm a btch for lashing out on him. We had a lot of fights before and we always patch up immediately but this time he declared na sa side of the fam nya na we're done. He's been a big part of my life and suddenly he's not here. I honestly don't know what to do next.
