How to save on Kuala Lumpur trip?

Please advise on saving tips for transportation and food. Also on affordable tourist spots that we can around for 1 day. Thank you

Kuala Lumpur is one of my favorite cities! Some tips

-Take advantage of their public transpo. May Grab sila pero iwasan mo din cos matraffic pag rush hour. 
-Try to explore an area before moving on to the next para hindi pabalik-balik. 
-Eat at hawker centers/food courts and night markets. Kaya naman to keep it affordable.

Places I loved: 
-RELX in Chinatown - has a food court, artsy shops, bookstore. Parang mini CubaoX, sobrang fun. Yung street din where it is, madami pwede iexplore kasi nasa Chinatown ka na banda. 
-Perdana Botanical Garden/Park - Accessible from the Museum Negara station ng train. ANG GANDA ng parks nila sa Kuala Lumpur, this one is the main one na you will see people spending weekend afternoons here. May mga nagbibirthday, hangout, meron nga rin nagppractice ng sabayang pagbigkas lol. Maganda din yung Museum Negara. 
-Bukit Bintang is shopper's paradise pero explore explore na lang para busog mata. May Donki din there na ok pricing ng food. 
-No need to go up sa Petronas Towers to enjoy; pwede magpicture picture sa baba and then may mga affordable food options din sa loob ng mall. :)
