Losing 7 kilos in 3 months
From 58 kgs to 51 kgs I stopped drinking alcohol ( red wine & vodka) Say no to red meat More fish, lots of fruits & vegetables Rice once a day, at lunch only I eat 2 slices of bread with coffee at breakfast Oatmeal or fruits at night with a glass of milk I'm lazy so I only do sitting exercise for legs & arms!
