How do you stay resilient during hard times?

I limit overthinking by staying busy with simple tasks. Also, I pray or reflect when things feel overwhelming.

I try to focus on what I can control instead of everything that’s going wrong.

I just surrender it all to God. I try my best to have faith in him—because I know that he knows what's best for me. I also reflect and make sure that I am not running away from my traumas/past. We may not be able to change the past; but we can try changing  ourselves and be better for the future. 
So just believe In Him, and to yourself aswell.
