Perfectionist na maarte. Pag pangit yung sulat ko natetempt ako punitin tapos ulitin ulit hanggang maging aesthetic lol, pano ba magsimula? And what type of notebook do you recommend? Gusto ko lang malabas mga nararamdaman ko minsan:(

Hello. There are different kinds of journaling. Popular ones are morning pages and bullet journaling. Morning pages are pages tht tou write on every morning. All your thoughts and consciousness in atleast 3 pages full, no stopping or pausing thinking if your writing is bad, or if its good or bad. Whatever pops in tour mind, you write it down like flowing water. Bullet journaling or "BUJO" is like a planner where you keep track events, tasks, priorities in your life, and many more. It keeps your life organized. You could research about it on YouTube. My favorite ones are by dr izzy.
