Idk what to put sa title. But, let me just take this moment to rant. Nakakapagod mag work sa isang environment wherein you serve your fellow countrymen. Background: I used to work sa isang clinic around Taguig. Nakita ko and I witnessed everything na hindi mo maiimagine na irereklamo ng mga tao. Even when they're at fault, we need to swallow our pride and take in yung pang-iinsulto nila na para bang hindi tao and walang pinag aralan yung kausap nila. The management does nothing. It's always the "de escalate the situation" by pointing fingers sa staff kahit di pa alam yung buong kwento. Ganon pala pakiramdam na kahit sa work, wala ka kakampi kasi customer based ang company. Bearable sana lahat yon. But naging mahirap lalo nung hindi nareresolve yung nga issues na maayos. Same issues, different people. Saan kaya mali? Sa staff pa rin ba? Or sa management na? 🥲
