You can find journalling ideas sa pinterest. Pwede ka maginput ng journalling starters depending on your theme. :)

You can try having a Question of the Day or a "Today, I am grateful for..." Doodle of the Day is also cute and may also take up a page.

You can also try different trackers like exercise tracker or menstrual tracker. Beside the "tracking" pages, you may write down your list for easier tracking (like list of exercises you usually do or list of PMS you usually experience)
