Times like these are for reflection. To keep doing what we're doing right and to know and admit that we're not always doing the right thing. Rule of thumb.. if it doesn't hurt or bother anyone, if it's fair for everyone involve and as long as it's beneficial for your well-being and peace of mind then it's fine.
