Good morning everyone! I just joined today and decided to share something health care related and there is no specifiic category under this, so I placed it under Girl's Talk. Anyway, I want to recommend monitoring your blood pressure and sugar levels as early as now even if you think you are completely healthy. It is fun and very wise to keep your numbers below 120/80 for bp and sugar level below 100. That way, any future health issues can be avoided and it will help you save a lot of money.
