Seeking guidance

So my ex broke up with me a few days before Valentine's Day out of nowhere—it was sudden, he made his friend breakup with me on his behalf. 2 months passed and I found out that the girl he used to be with (She's not exactly an ex since situationship lang sila but they separated last year in April) hasn't removed their pics together in her fb highlights. The girl sets every single story she's posted in her highlights and I'd just like to ask if I should really leave it alone since it's buried under all of the other stories she'd post. I know that the most advisable thing to do is move on but I've known him for exactly 13 years so it's pretty hard for me to let go of his past and ours too. Their mutual friends say that they both hate eachother and haven't talked since April 2025 but I can't help but still feel weird about this. Huhu, I need big sister advice please
