so hi girls! just sharing my experience kasi baka we're same same hahahaha so way back 2025 i'm that slim petite or what you call girlie, when 2026 came or nov 2025 i guess my body feels like it's changing, in short i'm getting fat. then i tried to lose weight by doing omad, jogging, i even think of using tirz because i'm very very shy of my body (dw i already realized that there's nothing to be shy of) but when i consult to my doctor if pwede ba ako mag-tirz, she instantly says no. so this is where i knew that i have pcos kaya pala hirap ako mag-diet. so my doc suggest that i do walking everyday, no omad just balance diet. march 2026, i feel like my body is changing, i can wear those s sizes croptops again (but i'm xs before) from 46kg - 64kg and now from 64kg - 55kg i guess it's all about being consistent and willingness, ayon skl 😂
