From employee to business owner

Hi, everyone! I'm a professional event coordinator for 8-9 years. Feeling ko talaga may problem sa company na-pinapasukan ko kasi everytime magkakaroon ng bagong sasakyan nababawasan yung sahod namin. For 8-9 years wala ng benefits, wala pang increase. Kaya I have decided to build a business of my passion. Which is Events. I have supportive colleagues, family and friends, but still wondering not on how to execute the bauiness right but how can I give the right or deserving salary para sa mga colleagues ko na willing to work everytime may scheduled events kami. They are very professional and very good in their job but I feel like yung binibigay nila sakin or sa mga clients ko na service is beyond sa expectations and salary they are receiving right now.
