How to go all out in life?

As someone na papetiks-petiks lang before and often lost in my thoughts, I admit I don't have much to offer in the realm of practical things. I guess I just realized I haven't lived life to the fullest. No regrets naman. But maybe I have to step up my game? I don't know hehe. Anyways I'm not waiting for reality to hit hard before taking action. Just a bit curious if you guys have some insights/tips/real talk to share on this.
