Weightloss Journey.
Year 2024, I was at my heaviest (93kgs). Everything was a disaster then. I was severly obese, my cycle was not normal, but still my favorite thing to do was munch in on pastas and pastries. Not until I was rushed to the ER when I suddenly vomited blood. I was then diagnosed with Liver Cirrhosis (early stage). My doctor advised me to lose weight. He told me to try exercises at home, he specifically told me not to do extra hard exercises as they may do more harm than good especially to me who has starting to develop breathing problems. I did. First my partner bought a walking pad so I didn't have to walk outside. When I got bored, he bought me a stationery bike. And when I got bored, he looked for fun zumbas. He even joined in when I was dancing. So basically he helped me when I felt like giving up and going back to my comfort routine. It was never easy. There was a point I feel like I got addicted to exercising that I'd spend hours everyday. I didn't wanna rest. Until I got so sick of it I wanted to stop everything at once. My partner was my anchor. He told me when to stop, take a breather, and helped ne get out of the slump. So besides the self motivation I always strive to exert, I always make sure my partners effort never went unnoticed. Si when there were days I didn't feel like getting up and moving, I look at him and think of the reason I started what I did. Now I'm at the lightest (52kgs) I've ever been and couldn't be happier.
