Attendance Incentives

I encountered a BPO in Baguio that's very sketchy. One is it's rumored to be operating even if they're license is not intended to be for BPO - it's for IELTS. Then my friends also said that being late is the worst because when your late your attendance incentive will be forfeited and still there will be deduction on your salary. Should I continue signing the contract or just go for the company? Malapit kasi to sa tinitirhan ko 5-10 minutes away. So, naisip ko pwede na din ang offer nilang 12k monthly. Any advice? Thanks
