Surgical Menopause

I am 47 and I've just had my reproductive system surgically removed due to nonstop bleeding. I'm told I will still undergo hot flushes, vertigo, moodiness same as those who are in perimenopause. Anyone here who's going through the same bodily changes as me? How do you deal with everything that's going on with you?
