How to totally forget someone?

Make your life bigger than the world you made around the loss that lingers, do other things that you would like or love to do, explore explore, attend workshops, etc. And most importantly honor that feeling and acknowledge that it is there. I cannot assure that you will forget  someone but people they come and go.

There's no sure fire way to forget someone because even if you're healed they would still linger. But keep doing life as you have and add hobbies here and there. And you'll just wake up somewhere in between, the only thing you'll remember are pleasant memories😌
