Trying to get back into my weight loss journey

Last year, I started walking 10k steps a day by completing 1hr walk in the afternoon and another 1hr in the morning before I went to bed (I work night shift). I also started eating much healthier than I used to. In 4 months, I already lost 12kg. But then I stopped, and fast forward to now, I almost gained back everything that I've lost. It's so hard to bounce back, the self-disappointment keeps me up while I rot in my bed. How do you motivate yourself again? I have a friend who tells me I can do it again, because I already did it once. Now, I'm just trying to go on walks again, even though I still don't have half the motivation I had last year.
