Lucky beauty for me is top tier. Grabe ang quality for a fraction of price. Vice Co is also good if you're looking for a budget friendly option. When I was in college, Vice Co blushes saved me. Nung nagstart na ko magwork, BLK is a step up I feel like. Kumbaga, big girl energy yung nagigive niya hahaha
