Brisk walking

My goal is always 10k steps a day... I have a kid na. I have no time honestly to do it... Kaso pag palagi lang nasa bahay nakaka burn out din.. I take my bebe's afternoon sleep time as an opportunity to brisk walk.. minsan nakaka 3k, 6k.. well at least may progress Diba... Super effective pang change ng mood Lalo sa mga moms out there na battling with post partum depression.. sending hugs sa inyo
