The Silence of Working From Home
Grateful for the privilege of working from home as a VA 🤍 But some days feel heavier than others. I spend 8-10 hours in the same room, in the same space, with no coworkers to talk to, no quick chats, no small breaks with people, just me and my screen. The work isn’t overwhelming, but the silence can be. It gets lonely. Mentally draining in a quiet kind of way. I love what I do, truly. But I also crave fresh air, new surroundings, random conversations, and just… being outside sometimes. To see people, feel the sun, hear the noise of the world. I guess I’m just reminding myself (and maybe you too): it’s okay to want more balance. It’s okay to feel both grateful and a little sad at the same time. Still showing up. Still trying. 🤍 #wfhlife #virtualassistantlife #remoteworker #workfromhome #wfhstruggles #remotelife #onlinejob #mentalhealthmatters #lonelybutstrong #quietstruggles #emotionalwellbeing #selfreflection #itsokaytofeel #gratefulheart #mixedemotions #healingjourney #findingbalance #selfcarematters #youarenotalone #womenwhowork #supportwomen #womenempowerment #safeplace #firstpost
