It's my cheat day gurlsss 😆 Yung paksiw kahapon, nilagyan ko ng gata at mga gulay tulad ng sitaw at pechay for fiber. Yung ganitong ulam hindi pwedeng walang rice talaga. Basta lang alam mo yung portion na need ng katawan mo, you can eat what you want naman as long as nasa calorie deficit ka. Meron din melon, hindi naman halatang fave fruit ko yan eh no hahaha low calorie fruit kasi yan.
