Our lunch today is paksiw na tulingan with talong. Suggest naman kayo, girls, kung ano pa pwede kong lutuin na high in protein parang wala na akong maisip for tomorrow hahaha. I also had 2 boiled eggs, ganito talaga gusto ko soft lang para madaling lunukin hehe. For carbs, nag-kamote and saging ako. May avocado din for healthy fats plus cucumber and tomatoes.
