For me, love is a choice. Choosing someone again and again, even when it’s not always easy. It’s not just the “butterflies” or kilig moments—those are just the beginning. Real love shows up in the quiet, everyday things: checking if someone got home safe, listening even when you’re tired, staying when things get difficult instead of walking away. It’s also about respect and growth. Love doesn’t control or limit you—it helps you become a better version of yourself. If something feels like it’s hurting you constantly or taking away your worth, that’s not the kind of love you deserve.
